Our mission is to help places. We set ourselves up to provide support and advice in a different way, focussing on the reality of how our places function and their very different stories and opportunities.
We work across the intervention life cycle, from analysis, strategy, project development, finance and business cases, through delivery, evaluation and monitoring.
Our approach is driven by combining the best data and research there is with a deep understanding of the dynamics of places and their communities.
We focus particularly on getting the links right between different kinds of investment to maximise impact. Communities will only become wealthier and have more opportunities if the relationships between labour markets, infrastructure investment, innovation, health and wellbeing and enterprise are more clearly understood and integrated into how public and private investment is used.
