Nathan’s role as a Senior Consultant with Metro Dynamics is to help policy makers understand and shape their local economy. As an experienced project manager with skills in stakeholder consultation, Nathan works with clients to build robust evidence bases which can be used to inform decisions about places and local industrial strategies. He has a particular interest in ensuring education systems support people and places to succeed economically and socially.
Nathan has dual Bachelors degrees in Economics and Arts (Political Science) from the University of Queensland in Australia, where he focused on international economics, political economy and social development. He is currently completing a Masters of Governance and Public Policy (University of Queensland), where his focus is on skills and employment policy. Prior to joining Metro Dynamics Nathan was a manager in PwC Australia’s economics and policy consulting practice, where he specialised in education and employment policy design and implementation.
