Operations Manager

Elizabeth works closely with the leadership team to manage priorities and ensure the company delivers in line with corporate targets and the company mission. She also works across skills teams to monitor delivery of our work, as well as providing HR and general business support across the company. In summer 2026 Elizabeth completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Government, Policy and Politics.

Prior to Metro Dynamics Elizabeth worked for a marketing and communications agency specialising in placemaking and regeneration communications.
