Josh is a principal economist, skilled in bringing people together and delivering robust economic advice, storytelling and solutions that have a lasting impact for clients.

Josh has 10 years’ experience in cost-benefit modelling, appraisal, impact assessments and policy analysis, working across a range of high-profile policy areas in Government before becoming an economic consultant. He combines his strong technical and economics expertise with his ability to bring together clients and colleagues across sectors, professions, and seniority.

Josh has deep knowledge of economic theory, HMT's Green Book and WebTAG, which he has applied to lead and deliver a number of infrastructure and socio-economic projects across the business case process (SOBCs to FBCs), working with local & combined authorities and private sector clients across the UK.  

Josh has also worked on a number of regeneration, transport-orientated development and labour-market focussed schemes and investments, assessing socio-economic impacts through the use of novel quantitative analysis and economic narratives to clearly articulate the case for investment for clients.
